We were tenants with Mega Estates for 3 years and they were really helpful and professional. We found them to be honest, great at communication and prompt when anything needed looking at in our flat. We have been through the whole process from finding a flat to ending our tenancy and they have been fair and professional throughout. Having been a tenant in London for about 20 years with various landlords and agents, I think this is the best estate agent I have ever rented through. Eser is a very diligent and a genuinely nice, decent person.

Went to a house viewing and Eser did not turn up and told the tenant I was not coming. I never told him I was not coming or anything how rude and unprofessional. The lady who lived there was kind enough to show me the house.

Fab service! Wayne was very responsive and helpful in our search for a flat. Though finding a property can be a stressful experience, Wayne and Es really took the sting out of it and made it a great and personable experience. Would definitely recommend!
