We sat at the bar to wait for a table but the table was then given to a couple who arrived after us. This was noticed by a staff member in the kitchen who cleaned the table to make it ready for us. This member of staff also got us menus when the wait staff did not do so. We ordered drinks and food and waited for around 30 mins before we had to leave, and were told half of the order didn't go through, so two people did not receive their food or drinks. We also asked for sugar with a coffee which was not provided. It was difficult to get staff's attention when trying to order and after ordering. Overall disappointing, but big thanks to the member of staff in the kitchen who helped us when the wait staff wouldn't

I was really looking forward to trying the food after reading some of the positive reviews. Unfortunately, I didnt get to do that - I was part of a group with the reviewer below and as mentioned, our food/drink order never went through despite waiting for a long time Overall, we felt really unwelcome in the restaurant. Big shoutout to the one staff member in the kitchen behind the bar who actively tried to accommodate us!
