I went there for a haircut from Emre. Had to wait for 30 minutes before he started my haircut. There was no apology for this. In the end got charged 100 rather than 90 agreed on WhatsApp prior to the appointment, was also asked to pay cash which was not agreed prior to the appointment. Overall, would not recommend.

Poor experience overall. Rushed my hair. Chose the wrong toner and did not leave dye on hair long enough to lift. I've had my hair bleached for years and this was the worst job I've had done to date and I once tried to bleach my hair myself. Utterly disgraceful. They charged me a ridiculous amount of money and their resolution was pathetic. I eventually asked for a refund and was given a partial refund. Do NOT go to this hair if you want blonde hair. They will rush you and then lie to your face about what they've done. Hair cut also pretty bad. Service: Hair coloring

Favourite hair colourist in London! I've been to so many hair colourists throughout the years and Colour Box have by far been my favourite. Mitch was the stylist that did my hair, which consisted of a full-head of highlights, cut and style. Mitch worked on my hair so meticulously and with so much patience, he left no room for error. I ended up with the exact shade of highlights I wanted and have never been happier with my hair colour. I would definitely recommend this place if youre trying to find a hair salon that works with you to achieve your desired results. Everybody that works there was also super friendly and accommodating, all creating such a chilled and easy-going atmosphere. Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring

Kathy was amazing, proffesional and very very attentive. She has a great eye for detail! She is very experienced and really knows what shes doing. Shes very friendly and communicative! I have never been happier with my nails!!! The salon is very spacious and very clean. I would 100% recommend Kathy, the best nail artist ive been while in London! Service: Manicure
