DRYCLEANCO (CHURCH ST) LTD

I give them 1 star because there is no option for zero stars. Ive had the worst experience and it was the worst attention for a service ever. I lost one hour of my day just because their electronic payment machine didnt work. First I tried to pay contactless with my phone and watch as I always do everywhere and I never had an issue that is why I didnt had my card with me. The lady at the front desk convinced me it was a problem with my card although I told her it worked perfectly just a couple of minutes earlier at a market. But she insisted that the machine worked fine and the problem was my card. I asked if I could take the jacket to my husband as he was taking a plane in one hour and needed the jacket and I was going back later to try to pay again but she said no. So I went home to get two different cards and came back to the shop. Tried both cards in all ways possible (Contactless, insert, swipe) and nothing, the machine didnt work. I had to wait for her to take other orders until one customer had to pay and guess what? The machine didnt work. She called her colleague and then said: you can only pay by cash. So Ive already wasted so much time and I also needed the jacket urgently but still I had to go and look for a cash machine near by. Came back with the cash and asked her to charge me less money for all the inconvenience but she just smiled and gave me the change with many coins as she didnt have bills. I literally wasted so much time because of this and I didnt get any reimbursement or treatment to reverse this bad situation. I am never going back there and I dont recommend this place to anyone.

Just moved to the area & had a rip in my new shoes, took them over and they were fixed within 2 hours. No visible thread or anything, looks like there wasnt ever a rip! Very polite & professional. Best customer service I have received in a while.

Great service, high quality cleaning and care! Beware other dry cleaners on the same street, theyre terrible compared to this place.

Terrible customer service. After I received an item back that was not altered correctly the lady was rude and wouldnt give me a refund. When I called she told me she already new that the item was wrong; didnt tell me in the shop and just gave the item back to me anyway.
