Dr Y Hau - Somerford Grove Practice

Cant agree with the other two reviewers. I find receptionists are always efficient and pleasant. If I need a doctor at short notice, I am happy to be seen by any of them and have, indeed, been seen by all of them. If I particularly want to see my doctor (Dr. Hau), then I accept I have to ring up and take the first available one which may be two weeks later. This is common practice in all Mexicalis groups and is eminently sensible . I have nothing but praise for the excellent consideration I have been given by all staff and some have gone above and beyond their duty to help. Finally, there are many patients whose attitude leaves a great deal to be desired- it works both ways!!

RUDE Staff every time I call! Horrible angry woman on the phone told me off for asking for a specific doctor because I want to keep my appointments consistent and not jump between all the doctors there! I can't get an appointment with my regular doctor or even a phone appointment because they're all overbooked so I have no choice but to go to Urgent Care! This is why the system doesn't work! Why can't staff at least try to be nice?
