The worse dentist ever. They told me i was blocked and couldn't make an appointment as I haven't been turning up, this was a lie as the last time i went they turned me down as i was 4 mins late. I explained i had to get a sitter for my 3 month old child to make the appointment but she told me i need to re book and couldnt offer me an appointment at the time. I called to rebook now and was told i have been blocked and they couldn't help me but they didnt want to tell me that they owed me money and i had to ask for a refund which they apparently had to call me back to do, i dont know why and when they did call me back they took me down the root for a payment. This dentist is dodgy so beware when making payments. Also saw a comment from this dentist stating 9 out of 10 dentist are not taking new patients which is again a lie. Very very poor service.

Staff are very helpful at reception and very friendly. Saw a dental lovely therapist. Made me very at ease. Explained the procedure. Made me laugh and the procedure was great. The dentist as always was friendly and efficient. Very at ease with overall good dental visits
