Incompetent and extremely rude! The shopkeeper made inappropriate comments about my age and look then couldn't find my parcel and made me look for it. When I was leaving he asked me personal questions and made me feel very uncomfortable. If you can avoid this shop, then you should!

Very nice staff and very helpful humble people. I've been dropping off and picking up my parcels for over a year now and never have a problem with any of the staff members or owners as its not their fault when Hermes equipment don't work or update write to Hermes/Evri instead of aiming your anger at the shop keepers 5service always

Incompetent and incredibly rude staff. If you're planning to have a parcel delivered there or dropping a parcel off - don't. Find somewhere else. Also super rude service when topping up the meter - the only accept cash as well. Dodgy shop - not nice staff.

If you want to be served by incompetent and rude staff, head no further than AJ Food & Wine, 32 Stoke Newington High Street. We had a parcel delivered here ready to collect. The shop staff refused to give us the parcel and didn't explain why despite admitting we had bought the correct proof of ID and tracking number. The best part was their relish in telling us they had no plans to give us our parcel and they looked forward to sending it back. This place is a disaster, run by horrible people. Avoid at all costs.

Extremely unhelpful when attempting to collect a parcel, very rude and condescending. Do not get your parcels delivered here if you can avoid it
