        Whoever designed this place gave zero thought to sound proofing between flats. The walls between flats are wafer thin. I can hear the conversations my neighbours are having and I presume they can hear mine. Anyone walking up or down the communal stairs is going be heard as the sound reverberates around the building. Not a huge problem in the day, but at night you're gonna get woken up. I only had a short stay here but if I owned one of the flats I'd be on to the developer demanding they sort it.
