Awful to deal with they was supposed to recover my car to my home via the AA every day I called they said it was being delivered on that day and car never arrived but just kept charging me 20 storage charges along with having time of work waiting in for my car to arrive I lost a fortune so after weeks on end I had to use my own recovery truck and guess what when they arrived they charged me another 66 to get it out of there yard!!!!! Absolute rip off merchants that the government should look into companies like this as it's daylight robbery what they are doing to people trust me avoid like the plague!!!!!

Awful service. No kind of understanding of the stress my mum was under when the recovery vehicle arrived. The day after they asked my mum to produce evidence that the car was hers, having picked up the car and my mum having the keys. They must not keep records.

Cracked my splitter trying to get my car thats miles to low onto the ramp. Pure disregard for a customers property and shouldnt have even tried. I will be claiming this back
