        Twenty minute wait to be told my order couldn't be fulfilled. Offer to substitute in a different side unacceptable as no others tolerated. Knew it was coming when I saw the staff talking with my order on the board. Regular problem across this KFC and others that mash is out of stock. No real slight to the staff, I'm assuming the lack of engagement comes from exhaustion and having to be in the same situation again and again. An offer of a discount or extra non-side item would have kept you the purchase, and earned a decent review.
