        Amazing staff. Really really helpful and chatty. Couldnt ask for better customer service . Service was quick and I was out (during rush hour ) within five minuets. Big thumps uk to the guys at costa

        Visited the Oxford Services 3 times, no currant tea cakes available. Why when these items are on the menu, there are none in stock. When I asked the manager she said she doesn't order them as they are poor sellers.This has also happened on Strensham services on the m5. If they are on the menu your managers should have them in stock. Very annoyed, I look forward to a teacake and flat white on my long journeys across country. Ivor Read

        Just the worst experience ever. 9.00 am Thursday 13 Oct. Just two staff working slowly and getting orders wrong - they had three attempts to get my simple order ready. Never again
