JG Sports Massage

Was recommended JG by a friend and would definitely do the same. I had a sports related injury and felt warey of seeing anyone and was immediately put at ease with his professionalism and advice prior to my appointment. In fact after my second appointment I have felt a huge improvement and will continue to use JG in order to keep myself in good physical health. His knowledge and treatments are second to none. So glad I was recommended.

Jamie was brilliant, I'm training for a marathon and am experiencing some niggles. It turns out it is not just my legs that need help! Jamie explained everything he did which was not only interesting but helped me understand my body more, was very professional and made me feel comfortable. He has worked wonders -I will be back!

I went to Jamie with a mildly serious knee injury, which was very difficult to describe. But after the initial consultation, Jamie had given me a diagnosis and a way of rectifying the issue. I couldnt recommend Jamie enough, he made me feel comfortable as soon as I arrived, he is extremely professional, and breaks down and explains simply what he is doing and how it will help.
