    Even after 2020 Goodwood Festival of Speed was cancelled for the first time in history due to Coronavirus, they refuse to issue a voucher for being able to change our reservation dates, we're stuck with a reservation we no longer want since the whole purpose of it was cancelled. They refuse to offer any type of compensation or negotiation just like everyone else is doing, they stick to the reservation's policy as if COVID-19 didn't occur. Rude manners in general not picking up the phone and hanging up, poor customer care in general. Not a pleasant experience as a customer and one we'll certainly not repeat if we attend Goodwood in 2021.

    The reason for my reservation was to attend 2020 Goodwood Festival of Speed, which was cancelled due to Coronavirus. The hotel refuses to refund the reservation or allow for new dates at no cost. They don't pick up the phone and when they do, they hang up when I explain the issue. Terrible customer service and very rude manners. A very bad experience overall and one I'd not recommend anyone to experience. They basically took 329 from me
