Terrible service, do not use!!!!!! JRS fitted illegal parts to the wood burning stove, this resulted in the stove venting smoke into the house at two am. The emergency services had to be called out and our children had to be treated for smoke inhalation! JRS charged us over 1500 they are cowboys do not use them, it cost a further 2,00 to put right. HETAS the governing body were looking to remove them from the register the last time I spoke to them. Building control and trading standards are actively involved in their pursuit. They have refused to return to rectify there mess, the addresses given by them are false. We are now actively seeking remuneration through the county court and via their insurers.

DO NOT USE JRS they don't even deserve one star. I used JRS as they originally came recommended and I saw their work. Don't know what happened to them since they did the work I viewed, but JRS did an appalling job for me and I have had to have the whole job done again by a reputable local contractor. Do not use JRS they are not HETAS registered as they claim, they do not return calls and phone numbers and addresses are not valid. I am now taking legal action to get my money back.
