        Michelle has helped us get to grips with an exciteable labrador pub, as first time dog owners. The classes are very friendly and reassuring and Michelle's advice has been very helpful. Our dog is now a year old and despite still being very exctiteable he's not forgotten any of his basic training and he's incredibly well behaved at home, which is a necessity as we have 3 children. He's a very happy and well loved dog and that's defintely in part due to Michelle's help training him.

        Our cockapoo puppy (Monty) arrived during lockdown (which was not planned). We had 1-1 lessons via video iPad with Michelle (Puppy School Bristol) which was the best solution in these challenging times. We are first time dog owners and Michelle was extremely supportive with many questions/issues we had, she understood the breed and assured us on numerous occasions that if we continued with the training we would all be ok - she was right. She is very professional and friendly - we all connected with her instantly and even today after finishing lessons we keep in contact for support. P.S. Monty loves her
