Overpriced on a job involving replacing a gas boiler and a shower. Staff that did the job were pleasant but didn't have the appropriate qualifications for working on a gas installation. The boss Julian had a Gas Safe ticket but rarely attended, leaving his people to work unsupervised. Paid his invoice in full at the end of the job. But six months later still no Certification. Julian to this day hasn't provided me with this. Gas Safe inspected and issued a list of remedial work including fixing a gas leak, but Julian took four weeks to offer an appointment and then only if I paid for the additional materials. Awful service and general attitude. Leaking gas is quite serious. I had to get another firm to do the remedial work and get the property certificated. I could never recommend this business.

A next day response, a visit the following day and a new loo fitted the day after that!! So, if you need a courteous, efficient and highly skilled plumber, Eastern Gas are the guys!
