No man can find salvation except in the Catholic Church. Outside the Catholic Church one can have everything except salvation. One can have honour, one can have the sacraments, one can sing alleluia, one can answer amen, one can have faith in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost, and preach it too, but never can one find salvation except in the Catholic Church. St. Augustine

For nothing more glorious, nothing nobler, nothing surely more honourable can be imagined than to belong to the One, Holy, Catholic, Apostolic and Roman Church, in which we become members of One Body as venerable as it is unique; are guided by one supreme Head; are filled with one Divine Spirit; are nourished during our earthly exile by one doctrine and one Angelic Bread, until at last we enter into the one, unending blessedness of heaven.

Our Lady Immaculate & St. Edmund's is an out of the way Catholic church & graveyard on a steep hillside in Withermarsh Green, on the outskirts of Polstead, in very rural Suffolk. The sort of place to be found by accident when exploring country lanes by bike or on foot. Isolated, tranquil spot with no surrounding housing whatsoever. I'm not sure how the quite modern looking church came to be built in such an isolated spot, but it does appear to have been sited deliberately as far from human settlements as possible. There's a few notable graves on-site, including the long-term Parish Priest for Frinton-on-Sea, Father Clover, (descendant of the Dedham, Essex millers, Clover family). Labour MP & Ipswich business owner, Richard Rapier Stokes is also buried here.
