Matt fulfilled the order within 5 weeks after our builders suppliers let us down by delivering the wrong windows and 7 months late. We now have the windows we wanted, which have been made to an extremely high standard, delivered on time and with fantastic customer service, keeping us informed all the way through to stop us worrying. We had Polstead Joinery make replacement double glazed sash windows for us nearly four years ago, they were very competitively priced, the service was prompt and courteous, the quality great and delivery was spot on time. The windows are still working smoothly and still look great. We were so pleased with them that we also ordered our new kitchen from Dan and Matt and their team and we are equally delighted with that.

I love that we randomly dropped into this place. We have had 3 pieces of furniture built by Dan and his team, and are very happy with them all. Great quality, and followed specs to the letter. And on time! Highly recommended.
