        Lee Tuffin came to re do our wet room after the first council people messed it up. There was so much work to be done. Lee was amazing, you felt really comfortable around him, he did an amazing job. Not once did you feel awkward about having him in your house whilst he worked. Lee spoke to us all the time keeping us informed and making changes that worked out better for us. Lee just felt part of the family. Definitely restored faith in workman again. Lee was absolutely amazing. This is what every company should aim for in an employee.
