When my windshield washer pump failed, l took my BMW X1 here late in the evening, as l found it was the closest car repair workshop to my home and I had to get them fixed ASAP, Andy and the team were brilliant, they offered me a courtesy car to get home with my wife and dog and promised to sort it out the next day. Andy called mid morning with a breakdown of the costs and ask if they should go ahead and order the parts then to do the repair to which l agreed. My car was ready for collection later and the costs was fair and reasonable. I would have no hesitation in taking my car back to A. L. S Service for my MOT and any repairs. I highly recommend Andy and the team.

Hello, I want to tell you that I had an appointment and they were unable to find the problem, after another workshop diagnosed the water pump, after the van broke my warranty, I booked an appointment again for this garage with my last money, I paid for recoveries and had to at least to look at what the problem is with the Van and possibly fix it, but they didn't even bother to put it in the garage and told me that I have to come and get the Van because they don't want to look at it, when I sent my guy with the recovery they mentioned that they didn't do anything at all to the van and that I have to look for another variant for no reason, I think that this garage is not professional and that the customer service is terrible,I want to thank the people from the garage who were so mean to me for no reason even that because of them I had to spend my last money and waste my time, without even checking and diagnosing where the problem is.
