My annual visit to Stody estate for the rhododendrons which are absolutely gorgeous Very worth a visit - only open in May each year though the number of open days has been extended this year - to include some week days Free parking And a coffee/tea stall with drinks and home made cakes Go on a sunny day and let the "water garden" Take your breath away with its beauty and design

A lovely looking house and gardens , albeit quite small , so doesn't take very long to walk around . we had tea and cake , both were very nice and reasonably priced . I agree with other reviews that 8 entry is a little pricey but I had 2 for 1 entry price so can't complain for what I paid , also went on the classic car day so extra things to see

Went to the annual car show, the show was very good with a large number of cars from every era and marque. The gardens and house are stunning if you like that sort of thing. TBH the queue to get in was horrendous which could have been avoided by having a separate entrance for exhibitiors and by having more than 1 person on the gate.
