I have brought my pet here many times because she often has a bad stomach. I paid many money and effort, but didn't even know what was wrong with my pet, so I chose to give up here. Every time I go, I am prescribed the same medication and told to observe. So I waste 50 pounds or more each time. The service at the reception is also not good and a male at reception before was mean and treated the animals with no compassion at all.

We used to bring our pets here, but as you can see on previous reviews, the service has declined progressively becoming overly expensive and not really solving any issues at all. I'm never taking my pets here again, already found a better place that does focus on the wellbeing of animals and not just abusing of the worry of people to charge them exorbitants amounts of money.
