Wow! Thats what I call customer service!!! Went in to have a look at helmets last week and was amazed at how helpful these guys are. I was after a specific helmet in a specific colour. They informed me it was discontinued, but still sized me up for it and actually advised me to look online elsewhere as I could find it in a bargain (which I did). Popped in back in yesterday evening during a downpour. My lockdown eBay special waterproof jacket and trousers decided to stop being waterproof. The guys there helped sorting me a perfect set of Alpinestars and matching armour. They even price matched and beat the cheapest price I found online. These guys went above and beyond to help . Thank you again and Ill be back when the new bike arrives to sort some replacement locks.
