POD Lettings is the best letting agency that I have had whilst living in London. The whole staff is very nice, attentive and they do move fast if issues arise and solve them very promptly as they have a dedicated handyman team working for them. Gregory is the handyman that I had most contact with and he is very respectful and knows what he is doing enabling him to finish the job promptly and well. I am sad to say that I am leaving one of their properties to move in with my partner, otherwise I would have stayed with them. If you're looking for a flat to rent I highly recommend renting from them.

If you are POC or have a disability I DO NOT recommend this agency. Abhorrently Rude Spanish female receptionist, doesn't understand English over the phone (maybe get someone else to do so if she doesnt), she literally shouted for me to spell my name in phonetic alphabet, not everyone knows this from the top of their head, and FORCING someone todo so is VERY ABLEIST) I am also autistic and have echolalia and I'm pretty sure she took this personally, which makes no sense considering I was interested in the property, why would I affect my chances intentionally ? So I'm not sure where the "nice and funny" reviews come from (maybe they get their mates to write them) as my experience was the exact opposite. Not only that but they also DISCRIMINATE BASED ON APPEARANCE!! She literally said "WE NEED TO SEE YOUR FACE FIRST" when I have proof of a full time job and more than enough money to pay for rent (she also didnt believe my wages which was weird ) and have references, but they will not let me apply before seeing me? First agency that has done this (especially since the pandemic and social distancing ) and I will be reporting to the relevant authorities. Discrimination is a CRIME. And you can get an idea of the service by the passive aggressive way she responds to reviews.
