        Docs are OK- but you don't get appointments for them without jumping through hoops. Nurses, Pharmacist , and practice Manager are brilliant.

        i used to be very happy with this practice. It has really gone downhill. You will be told to call back at 8am. You will be on long holds. Inexperience reception staff. IF you manage to make an appointment, v unlikely to be a doctor, but a specialist pharmacist. Sub-standard care that has forced me into A&E on one occasion. Email complaint went unacknowledged. That was a year ago. Just tried to get help stopping smoking. Was just given the run around. Had to all at 8am to be told to go to the pharmacy. Could have told me that at 3pm yesterday.

        The best GP Ive ever been in 8 years in England ! They literally changed my opinion about the NHS services. Every one there is incredibly nice, helpful and professional. Golda, the Senior Receptionist is absolutely golden! She is a huge support with any issues. Im very grateful that Ive registered with South Lambeth Practice.
