        Nice owner but they lost part of my coat (strap with a buckle), still charged me full price for the dry clean. They said it was given to them without but I showed them pictures of me wearing the coat the day I handed it to them, with the strap still on it. Pretty disappointed.

        Would recommend both altering and cleaning service. Had a dress that needed to be adjusted and cleaned. Was impressed with the great tailoring and how clean my dress came out without losing too much of the glitter sequins. All the risks were explained before hand but I didn't need to worry. All was great. Would return.
