Been with this surgery for years the staff are very lovely and welcoming,but I dont like how they do same day appointment Ive been calling since last week to get an appointment I call just after 8am when receptionist answeres I get told there is no appointment for today which is very unfortunate.again the the staff are very lovely and welcoming specially the staff at the reception.

Best practice I have experienced. Theyre accessible and extremely responsive. I always manage to get an appointment and I feel like the doctors go out of their way to make sure I have the appropriate care. The reception staff are friendly and helpful too, which makes calling the GP so much less intimidating. Would highly recommend if in your area.

BEST NHS SURGERY IN TOWN I have been a patient here for almost a year and I couldnt be more grateful to the staff at this surgery! Reception staff, nurses, and doctors- everyone is wonderful! Finding a good surgery in London is challenging as we know. I came across this surgery because of its good reviews so it was a no brainer for me to become a patient here and I couldnt be happier. I am not a big fan of going to the doctor and always a bit anxious (like a lot of people)! I have had a PEP done at the surgery before and the nurse could not have been nicer and more supportive. Had a skin problem- got an appointment the same day and a follow up after a few days plus a referral to the dermatologist! My most recent interaction with a female doctor was incredible! I had questions about hormones etc. and she was so wonderful! She listened very carefully, consulted, and we created a game plan! I felt comfortable, heard, seen, and supported!! This surgery staff should train staff at other surgeries. Super grateful to have found this surgery! Thank you!! You guys are awesome!!
