        The person who attended me, allegedly Assam, has insulted and scream at me in front of other customers. I showed him the amount to pay for the council tax and rounded the amount as I paid in 20s. He decided to pay the whole amount and when I asked him why he put more, he started blaming at me inconsistently and raising the voice over me, feeling embarrassed among the other clients. Totally disrespectful
