I took my laptop previously unfixable by the other shops. They took many days and and provided me with the detail of the problem (backlight problem but unfixable since they couldnt find the parts) and didnt charge me a single pound. Then I brought my laptop to this place, told them the detail problem, yet they took only a few days to tell me its unfixable claiming I need to replace the motherboard. I asked how much for changing the motherboard but this time they took a whole damn week to check the price to be 600-700. I decided not to, but they still cost me damn 50 for diagnostic that Ive already told them. Very unprofessional.

I found A2Z from a google search and trusting the reviews I dropped my Macbook Air in for a keyboard replacement (replacement required due to liquid damage, some keys had stopped working). Arize ordered and fitted the part and had my laptop ready exactly when he told me he would. I would definitely recommend A2Z and Id use them again if needed, everything was straightforward and easy!
