I got a full set of classic lashes done on the 10th of Feb and I still have a just under half a set of them left and its been a Month. I was listened to how I wanted them styled and it was perfect. I cant wait to go back to get my next set done when Im back in England.

I dont usually have the time and effort for bad reviews but I wouldnt want anyone else to receive the same treatment that I did, I honestly believe this girl doesnt even deserve 1 star. I had called up Cherry about myself having transport issues due to living 2/3 hours away from the salon and if it was still no problem to go through with my appointment, she said it was fine. Upon arrival the empty salon, was a very cramped space and dirty, to say the very least. Cherry wasnt welcoming at all, considering her pleasant tone of voice on the phone, it was understandable that I was late however I was also waiting around for her to finish eating her food in the corner during the next 20 minutes of the appointment. She did not communicate with me once and was very hostile, making me feel overly uncomfortable. To the point that I was trying to be friendly and trying to make conversations myself; online it said the store was open till late (I am assuming she has changed this now due to the error I pointed out), Cherry lifted her hand and stopped doing my nails, snatching them at me as if I had offended her that way telling me I make no sense and asking why Id ask questions like that. I understand if you do not have a liking for someone you are not obliged to communicate with them... however, this is customer service I am speaking about, and if she cant handle situations like this one then frankly she has a lot to learn unfortunately, acting superior towards me and speaking down to me as if she is prestige, was disgusting to put it mildly. Someone else clearly will have a different opinion but from my experience I personally just think places like these live for the promotion from influencers and people with enough exposure on social media, quite embarrassing really... being nice to customers doesnt cost anything. The nails are another story, she did not file them properly nor did she even do the standard procedure of acrylic nails. The nails I wanted were student nails for 15 + 3 gel polish, I really couldnt care less if it is a cheap price for a full set that Cherry herself has priced at her own rate, she should of not treated me differently to any other customers. At first when I saw her work on her Instagram page I had thought that it was amazing until I saw the work she did to my nails, the nails were not filed properly NOR did she clean them etc. There is lumps of acrylic on the back of the nails which are uneven, and whole set of nails shaped like pelican beaks, I honestly believe that I would of done a better job myself at this point, however she had so much attitude that I refrained myself from pointing out anything without feeling like she would of slapped me in the face, in that room which had papers covering the whole windows, making the situation even more unpleasant. Worst of all, in the end, I was paying by card and she had mentioned she just needs to sort the card machine out. During which I quickly send an urgent message as I havent been able to get on my phone for the whole nearly 2 hours (the appointment was meant to be 1 hour long) I asked cherry politely if the card machine is ready and she responds very aggressively that she has been waiting for a long time for me stop playing around with my nails, my phone and touching my face, which I dont understand because she was still doing something and didnt bother letting me know if the machine was ready. I dont think I can explain enough in what manner she said this, she then furiously told me to never come back again and I apologised and thanked her for the nails once more. I would like to know how someone can be so rude, because she truly has a lot to learn, instead of complaining about your clients on your Instagram stories, I think it is better to change the attitude. I dont mean to come across defamatory, but I was actually left shook and nauseous when leaving the building, due to Cherrys very obnoxious approach towards me.
