Based on our experience which includes multiple site visits, (verbally) agreeing a monthly rental amount on a premises, deposit, starting date, contract term / stipulations and offering us a formal contract to sign. After agreeing a date to exchange contracts / collect keys and before having the opportunity to pay a deposit the Wigley Group offerred the premises to another business without even giving us any opportunity for any further negotiations. Our advice would be to be extremely cautious and don't leave anything to trust - unfortunately we learnt the hard way, it's cut throat, business is business and no sympathy for the inconvenience it causes.
