        Has truly changed my life. A gym but not as you know it. Kellie and Glen are knowledgeable and supportive. PT sessions, sweat and kettle balls cover all your bases. I now look forward to going to the gym . With young children who don't sleep , working nights and farming I was at the bottom of the pile. Feeling miserable and exhausted and very unfit. I a very short time am feeling , fitter, healthier and so much happier. Anyone on the fence, try a taster session you won't regret it.
