        My partner arranged for someone to come round to service the burner, he turned up and said he couldn't service the burner because there was parts missing, and that he would let his manager know to get a price for replacement parts, and was told someone would ring. When my partner called the shop after a few days, the shop didn't have a record of the person that came reporting it, didn't say anything to anyone and my partner still got charged for the servicing even though he never done anything. Will never touch a company like this again, didn't follow anything up and failed to speak to the person they sent out to find out why he never said anything to anyone, then had the cheek to take money anyway even though no servicing was done.

        Waited 2mths. Changed dates. Can only do Sundays then he doesn't work Sundays? Said that has seen better days. Charged upfront then didn't do the Sweep and service. Claimed it was unsafe. Was fitted by a reputable firm so had it reinspected independently. TBF did do a good job of reroping the door and replacing the glass.

        We couldn't recommend piping hot stoves enough! First class service from everyone including Sharon in the showroom who helped us pick everything to Dave & Shaun who installed it! These lads were a pleasure to have in our house, even our 6 year olds couldn't wait for them arriving! Our house was spotlessly clean when they left & we now have a fire thats even better than we could imagined! Very professional, second to none!

        Had my log burner in now for 10 days and I love it, log burner looks fantastic and a great addition to our house, Piping Hot stoves are really professional, when you visit the store they are not pushy and let you browse around. The lads who fitted it William and Cameron were great, very polite and professional, completed the job within the timescale provided, would highly recommend this company to anyone. Great value for money.
