Her exceptional customer service made the entire process stress-free. In a time where the car industry is struggling to deliver on orders, Audi managed to complete handover before expected. The after sales service has been just as good, I have been known for being particular, especially when parting with larger sums of money but Harriett has ensured any small issue were taken care of swiftly. Really pleased that Kuz was the person who dealt with us. Having looked at other dealerships, it was clear that Kuz genuinely wanted the best option for me as a buyer and seemed completely transparent and genuine from meeting him the first time, to the key handover. Although the Sales Team are excellent, the Service Department are anything but. Countless visits to rectify a basic issue and no resolution to date, will go elsewhere.
