I have been using Odyssey for all my telecom needs and I havent been disappointed. I had so many problems with previous suppliers corporates like BT . Forever on the phone and continuously getting frustrated! Never looked back for 7years now personal service for internet , office telecoms and mobiles perfect for SMEs and people who work from home . Highly recommended!!

It has been a rare occurrence in 19 years that Ive needed to call on an Odyssey engineer for a technical issue. However, once again I cannot praise them highly enough. Prompt arrival, smart and polite and excellent technical knowledge. As it turned out, my problem was nothing to do with Odyssey or the equipment they had supplied but was a Sky issue. However, their engineer was still happy to assist as much as he could. Thank you to Mike and the team!

We have been a customer since 1998 and have no intention of moving away. Calls to Odyssey are answered by a real person within seconds. Queries are answered within minutes rather than hours. In twenty-two years working in an IT environment, I have never met a team of people, on whom I can rely so much. Every member of staff at Odyssey is a pleasure to work with. They will not stop until the job is done and done properly. M

I am someone who has the highest and most challenging standards when it comes to telecom's and internet suppliers. Firstly because I understand just how critical a robust and reliable communications infrastructure is to any business, and secondly because I spent a number of years in a sales position IN a telecom's company! Therefore I can't over state the fact that I just can't fault Odyssey Systems. Everyone in the business simply does what they say they will do when they say they will do it, no exceptions. Great leadership from Mike and Christine, excellent account management from Freya and superb support from a clearly highly skilled well trained engineer pool. Recently needed a couple of users added to our hosted Mitel IP solution and young Sam Elliot was a superstar, 1st class service and excellent communication, thanks Sam, what a credit to the company you are.
