    Terrible!! Nothing but issues since moving home. I have been contacting Virgin to resolve my issue and have had nothing but unhelpful staff and letters with false information. I have made a number of complaints and had no communication from them. I asked for a copy of all communications from July and am still yet to receive. I have now took my complaint to the ombudsman as Virgin are only capable of taking your money and then ignoring the issue.

    The majority of the call centre staff tuped to a company called Sitel. Is used by a skeleton staff.

    As we can only get virgin were we live it can be a nightmare, the neighbor keeps blocking our signal intentionally,,,, so rang virgin, their response was to give us 3 globes to help and another contract,,,3 days later received a sim card from 02!!! Rang them and apparently came with new virgin contract, no one mentioned this!!! And to find there was a DD opened without my knowledge or authorization!!! WERE did they get my bank details from when it's not saved,,A CASE OF FRAUD from virgin, so I rang them, cancelled the contract,sent a letter and contacted my bank.... awaiting their response.
