        The drivers are always great but regardless of what time you pre book them for they are never on time. Drivers are regularly dispatched 10-15 minutes after they should have arrived!!!

        First taxi was brilliant. Prompt, clean and good craic from the driver. Return service appalling. Some how the person taking the details of the return journey managed to completely screw up the request. Because of this the driver who eventually turned up 30 minutes later than originally advised refused to take us home because the details were wrong. After speaking the telephone handler all the details were right but the driver still refused to accept the fare . Pretty poor service to be fair and they are getting 1 star for the initial journey
