Subway

ok food but staff can be very rude and dont always pay attention so have ended up with wrong orders and horrible cheese balls at times.. Twice now my expensive order for not very much has come burnt and another part of the order is too cold. I have reported both times and heard nothing back. Won't be ordering again. Bad customer services. Avoid. Awful experience at my local subway today. Enter the store at 11am to purchase breakfast, no one else in the store but was told they were too busy to serve me and I had to wait 25 minutes if I wanted to order. There were 2 people behind the counter doing nothing. The shop was filthy, food items every no gloves being warm. The whole place smelt it it hadnt been cleaned in over a week.

Tried to order some food through just eat the other day which got instantly rejected. Today the order is currently over 30 mins late outside of the expected wait time with no functioning way whatsoever to contact the store. It seems my 32 has vanished into the abyss. Edit: after traveling all the way out to subway personally, I realise I was wrong with my review. As it turns out it was not the restaurant but just eat who where to blame, their driver was asked to request another driver in 15mins as the store wasn't open yet. Not only did the driver leave me in the dark, but they also never requested another driver leading to a 2 hour late delivery and 32 of food binned and remade. I will say however the staff in this branch deserve praise for their customer service, not only did they go above and beyond with helping me but also offered a free drink for the inconvenience which was not even their fault, great service.

Place was clean and tidy staff where ok not rude but however on saying the food should be arrested for being straight out nasty to the public the megameat sub tasted good but im a little suspect on the meatballs and southwest sauce after eating it about 1 hour later i got the trouble guts and you all know what that means so im sorry subway but no thank you
