The Open Jar Norton

Just had a family birthday lunch and could not fault a thing. There was 10 of us and everyone really enjoyed their meal (mix of Sunday lunches and off menu) . Food was hot and tasty and plenty of it. Friendly staff, nothing was another to them.

Truly awful service with horrendous attitude. Waited over 30mins for food, eventually gave up waiting and asked how much longer would it be. I was eventually told in a condescending manner that, I had ordered a parmo which takes 25mins to cook. OK, so that's 5mns late, but what about the starter which was ordered at the same time? And never materialised... We couldn't take anymore of this horrid persons attitude. So with no apology or offer compensation (of at least a drink on the house). We paid for our drinks and left, with no food after a 45min wait. It would be zero stars but the site won't let me. I do look forward to your response.....
