My Blue Skies Nightmare I am writing this review to try and stop anyone else getting ripped off like I have been. I first approached Blue Skies Property Investment last year as I wanted to invest in some buy to let properties. Before Blue Skies are willing to take you on as a client you are required to transfer 2000. At the time I was happy to do this as I believed that they would be able to find me some decent properties. However, this quickly transpired to not be the case. The first deal I was sent was a property that had previously been listed on the open market and had failed to sell. All the deal packs contain an estimated figure of 3% for mortgage interest rates which at the time and still now is completely unrealistic. Fortunately my mortgage advisor stopped me from investing and pointed out that the property was overpriced and I would be losing money if I invested. When I told Matt Robson that my mortgage broker had advised me that it was a bad deal he questioned me as to why my mortgage broker had evaluated the deal on my behalf and was annoyed that she had acted to protect my interests. All the subsequent deals I received were of similar low quality and contained misleading figures as well as multiple spelling mistakes and were missing key information. If you do wish to proceed with a purchase you are required to pay an additional 2000 (plus VAT!) to Blue Skies and many of the deals contained a 1000 cost for disbursements, which is basically an additional finders fee. In total the fees you could be paying Blue Skies Property Investment on an average 100,000 property purchase where you are putting down a 25% deposit could equate to over 20% of your costs and this isnt including the additional fees that they will charge you to manage any refurbishment required! These so called exclusive deals could easily be sourced yourself by spending a bit of time on Rightmove, which I imagine is probably what they do before packaging them up to sell at a vastly inflated fee to what a standard estate agent would charge and you would most likely receive a much better service. Please save your money and avoid Blue Skies Property Investment and Matt Robson to save yourself from the nightmare experience that I have had.

Good honest advice. Have used myself and would recommend. Matt & Jo really know their properties in an area which can be lucrative, but where I wouldn't know where to start!! Brill after service too, keep up the great work!! :-)
