        Used the post office to renew car tax staff said have to use another one because they have not been trained on the postoffice equipment they don't know how, same for licence renewal?

        Sent a parcel 7.7.21 first class didn't turn up and I had to pay a refund to the person. Lost the goods and the money. Royal mail are a joke. This is not the first time this has happened to me and kicking myself for using Royal mail again.
