        It would be hugely helpful if they kept their closing times up to date on Google. Very inconvenient to drive 25 minutes to find its closed. Work thinking about for the sake of the customer.

        Seems like Christmas has snuck up on the post office again this year, Friday after cyber Monday and they have one person collecting parcels and a queue of 20 very cold angry people outside. My heart sinks when I see I have a parcel 'delivered' by this outfit.

        I work full time, this office is shut the majority of the afternoons and evenings when I'd be able to go. I expect the plants I ordered are going to be dead before I can collect them. Why wasn't the parcel left with a neighbour , who were in?
