        Declining standards and quality. We have been going to pizza guys for years. Originally Hartlepool now Norton. Quality of the chicken in the parmo has got much worse over the last few year. It has a texture of soft rubber and the flesh crunches through your teeth. Pizza often delivered cold and made with no care, the nice seasoning on the chips has all but gone and they are often burnt. What was once the an amazing pizza place is now a disappointment. Costs have increased and standard and quality has slumped. Huge shame.
