Head to tail grooming, one word wow. Laura and her family are fantastic. It's great to support a small family run business. The great thing here is that they don't use cages or restraints to groom your dog. Our little dog goes in looking like a fur ball and comes out looking and smelling great. They take amazing care with your animals. Immediately after walking in the door you are getting such a warm welcome with such a great smile. She makes you feel at ease with leaving them there. Great service's, nail cutting, hair cut, ear cleaned, shampoo. Quite a quick service roughly an hour to hour and a half depending on how busy they are. Booking is essential as there always busy. Goes to show when you provide a exceptional service. Would highly recommend head to tail grooming definitely one of the best around stockton. The best thing is your little dog always leaves with a goodie bag.

Appointment booked over 2 weeks in advance as cruelty free grooming, cancelled with regular groomer to give this a try as we do have a dog who is a scared of groomers. Appointment booked is already 2 weeks over his due date for grooming but we though it worth the wait and travel. However arrived at the salon today, travelling far, paid for parking, to find it closed. Mobile number was never answered, landline was answered and was told she doesnt use this anymore. I asked next door in a hair salon where I was told its never open on a weekend. I returned to my car, waited, messaged via Facebook (how I had booked) and received a reply almost immediately, attempted to call again. All calls were ignored and would only reply via fb messenger. I was advised her daughter had tested positive for covid that morning and was unwell, which wouldve been fine however this was 2.30pm, I had had no contact to advise the appointment would not go ahead. Has still not explained as to why she was incapable of even a text? I mentioned that she has no option to review on Facebook which made me suspicious that maybe this is a regular occurrence, she denies this, however now Ive seen at least one other review where its stated this has happened to them more than once. In summary she offered discount on his groom when she can maybe get him in in about a week. Not acceptable. Cruelty free but has left a dog now uncomfortable for at least another 2 weeks as I will not be bringing him since my trust in this salon as professionals is now non existent, and we cannot return to our prior groomer for months. Now left to find a groomer asap but also find one we would trust with him.
