Rose has a fountain of knowledge when it comes to fitness. The classes are welcoming and inclusive for every ability. I really felt a difference going and my confidence grew. Could not recommend her enough!

I needed help with a training plan for the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge as I didn't have the first idea of what I needed to do. From first contacting Rose she puts you at ease and doesn't bamboozle with 'gym' speak. Everything from signing up for online coaching through to using the apps was simple. Doing the coaching online requires lots of self discipline but with Rose's support via weekly check ins and calls, any questions get quickly answered. Overall in the 12 weeks or so I worked with Rose I managed to increase my strength and fitness levels, lose overall 13.5" and at the time of writing this review feeling confident that I am going to complete the 3 Peak Challenge. Rose is a marvellous coach and I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to improve their fitness and see real results.

I was looking for a female PT and found Rose on Facebook. I had a very clear idea about what I wanted to achieve and when I spoke to Rose I knew I'd made the right choice. She's very knowledgeable and I felt straight away I was in safe hands. One thing I love about my sessions is that she constantly challenges me but she does it in such a way that it feels empowering. I leave sessions feeling strong and ready to face the week. Highly recommend Rose to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness.

I never thought this kind of thing was for me and I was really nervous when I started, thinking I'd be surrounded by people who looked like they didn't need to be there and who would made me feel insecure. I couldn't have been more wrong: Rose has been amazing and so supportive, as has everyone in the classes. I've made so much progress over the last few months and it's made a difference not only to my weight, strength and stamina, but also how I feel about how I look. The Better Body Class is such a supportive and encouraging environment and you get to take things at the pace you need to. Cannot recommend this enough.
