Ian was my mortgage broker when purchasing my first home and was absolutely brilliant. Ian was very responsive to calls and emails and knew exactly what to do when things became difficult at times. I would recommend Ian to anyone purchasing or re-mortgaging a home and will be contacting him again when I am due to re-mortgage. All of his hard work is much appreciated.

As a first time buyer for a house, finding your way through from an idea to walking into your new home with the keys in your hand is a bit daunting. It is a massive imvestment and you want to make sure you get it right, and with all the research and tips from family and friends you might just get through it. But if your like me, where you start off with good intentions and find that your in way out of your depth, the whole owning a home idea gets a little scary. This is where Ian comes in. From day one I got Ians number from a quick Google search and gave him a call. I asked questions and he gave me a rough outline of what he could offer and a timeline as well as a quick number crunch on how my finances looked. Shortly after there was further contact through both calls and emails where Ian helped me get the right deal and sort out a legal rep for the paperwork towards the end. Even when everything seemed to get out of control with deadlines from the solicitors side, I felt in safe hands and was reassured by Ian that everything was in hand. I cant thank Ian enough for his help and I would recommend anyone looking to buy a home for the first time to use Ians expertise and great customer service. The only downside to this review is that I cant use this service more often! I will be contacting Ian again in future when its time to shop around for a better deal once my initial 5 year term is up. Thanks again Ian!
