Terrible terrible company for after sales. My husband and I are both disabled, in electric wheelchairs and reliant on the Orion lift supplied by TK home solutions. It keeps breaking down now they say it is out of guarantee. They are very polite but absolutely nobody ever gets back to actually do something. 20 phone call over 3 days and still nobody gets back to me The service is absolutely terrible. Do not repeat do not use this company they will let you down.

Quite the poorest customer service I have seen for a long time. The key on my mothers stair lift had snapped off and needed replacement. We were more than willing to pay for a call out but I was told that as the model of lift ( which I believe was still being promoted 2 years ago ) was discontinued, spares were no longer available and the best they could do would be to replace the whole control mechanism for an estimated 1,500 to 2,000. Instead went to a local company who replaced the part for 13 !

After about 3 months the ladder stopped working. They claimed that we had let the batteries in the stairs discharge. We assumed that putting the ladder back on the metal contact would recharge them. They told us that once the batteries are discharged they have to be replaced (approx 200 or so for each change) (Something that they did not mention before buying the chair and that did not enter into our common sense). We accept, without knowing what happened later, that it could have been our fault due to ignorance. They change the batteries and approximately a month later the chair stops working again. The technician comes and changes the motherboard and a number of other components. It should be added that since the call, because the chair does not work, until the technicians come, it is usually at least a week in which there is a damage that TKE does not contemplate. After changing a series of components, the chair stops working again after approximately 15 days. The technician comes again and they allege that the cable that goes to the latchkey of the chair is forced (something false since the chair is inside a farm where no one but us can access) and that it is shown that it is due to the low quality in the construction of the chair and that it is a defective part from the factory (they try to charge it to which we refuse). They fix it and after a month it breaks down again without giving us any solution. All this for a chair that cost us approximately 3,900. We are still waiting for TKE's response. Dejo esta resea para que no les vuelva a ocurrir a otros clientes lo que nos ocurri a nosotros. En Noviembre del 2021 colocamos una silla salvaescaleras exterior en la vivienda de mis abuelos. Un vivienda de dos plantas dnde la vivienda se encuentra en la planta superior y existe una escalera exterior para su acceso. Por problemas de movilidad se convirti en un elemento imprescindible para poder salir de su vivienda al exterior. Al cabo de aproximadamente 3 meses la escalera dej de funcionar. Nos alegaron que habamos dejado que las bateras de la escalera se descargasen. Supusimos que al volver a colocar la escalera en el contacto metlico se volveran a cargar. Nos dijeron que un vez que se descargan las bateras hay que remplazarlas (200 y pico aprox por cada cambio) (Algo que antes de comprar la silla ni mencionan y que no entraba en nuestro sentido comn). Aceptamos, sin saber lo ocurrido posteriormente, que poda haber sido un fallo nuestro por el desconocimiento. Nos cambian las bateras y aproximadamente al mes vuelve a dejar de funcionar la silla. Viene el tcnico y cambia la placa base y otra serie de componentes. Cabe aadir que desde que se llama, porque la silla no funciona, hasta que los tcnicos vienen suele ser como mnimo una semana en la cual existe un perjuicio que TKE no contempla. Despus de cambiar una serie de componentes, vuelve a dejar de funcionar la silla aproximadamente a los 15 das. Vuelve a venir el tcnico y alegan que el cable que va al llavn de la silla est forzado (algo falso ya que la silla est dentro de una finca donde nadie menos nosotros podemos acceder) y que se demuestra que es por la baja calidad en la construccin de la silla y que es una pieza defectuosa de fbrica (intentan cobrarla a lo que nos negamos). Lo arreglan y al mes vuelve a estropearse sin darnos ninguna solucin. Todo esto por una silla que aproximadamente nos cost unos 3.900 . Seguimos esperando la respuesta de TKE. Un silla con un precio elevado que se ha podido utilizar en 10 meses unas 15 veces interrumpidamente.
