        We were helped from walking in the store to leaving the store. Very helpful indeed Gemma was very helpful in buying, showing us how to use a scooter. This was at Stockton park lane . Will deffinatly go again. They sell all sorts of mobility items.

        They really care about the customer interest. Very helpful and trustworthy staff. Big selection with very good price. Large free car park with disabilities parking.

        Purchased a stair lift from Ableworld,service from staff in the shop and from the engineer Ian was first class, no pressure selling,this I really loved.Fault reported and this was dealt with immediately,only one criticism was the call out charge was 150 as it was weekend ,fault couldn't be rectified on the day, the engineer returned on a weekday when there was no charge and very efficiently repaired the lift.

        Took my mum in for her first scooter on Friday. Could not speak more highly of the 2 staff members. Male member of staff was really informative and made sure she got the right one for her. We did intend to just look but ended up buying one. The lad even helped me get it in the car and showing me the most compact way to do this. Thank you for making this a great experience
