Dreams branch Portrack lane Stockton Sales advisor named Charlotte cannot praise the lady enough Friendly and approachable from me entering the store ,briefly told her what I was looking for and she gave honest opinion and guided me around store Very informative with good product knowledge. Went above and beyond with after sales and gave some extra perks. Tested out mattresses in store too I also gave this review to commend your staff but also as Id been in a bed store previous to yours that was male dominated and didnt get customer service with a smile or friendly makes a big difference Thanks again look forward to receiving my new bed

Today I visited dreams with my mam and son, we were greeted by mark f he showed us all the different ottoman beds, he went over prices, styles he listened to me and let me make the decision . I wasnt sure on matteress Mark took me to the mattress machine that helped decide. He Offered us hot drinks, told me about plans you can take out and 30 day back if the mattress isnt right when you get it home. Overall it was a great customer service, I will definitely recommend dreams to friends.

Excellent service and excellent value. We popped in to see if they had what we wanted and were very happy. The chap who served us was quick and efficient. We picked up a heavily discounted single mattress which came with a free duvet and a free mattress cover. We were very pleased with our visit. We've always found dreams to be very helpful with identifying exactly what we needed. This was our first purchase from them. Last time we visited the lovely staff gave our little boy a toy lorry which he loved for years.
