It's great for women who have no one . The staff are volunteers and willing to help others they help homelessness and vulnerable too . They get women involved in what they enjoy do activities with them and get them to socialise open up .

I have been to A Way Out once and it was for an interview back in October 2019. A Way Out is located directly across the road from the Castlegate Shopping Centre. The building itself, interior, staff etc are all very welcoming and friendly. I applied for one of the basic positions there and waited about 4 weeks before I was contacted for interview. At the interview I was told there were around 30 applicants and that I had made it to the final 15 or so people and from there it would take another formal interview and narrow down people further. I was ultimately not offered the job but when I asked for feedback on two occasions I wasn't given any. It seemed like they were afraid to tell me or were hiding something. That is my reason for giving 2 stars. You shouldn't be afraid to give feedback, I won't bite or anything.
